Casa Obras is a company specializing in construction and renovation in Ibiza. Founded by two building contractors and an interior designer, we bring our local expertise and eye for detail to your projects, from simple refreshes to complete renovations.

The Casa Obras team
Pierre
After 25 years of experience and the creation of three companies — including DELATMOD, sold in 2023 to a French industrial group — he settled in Ibiza with his family, his beloved island.
While renovating his villa, he discovered a lack of rigor and coordination in the local market. From that observation CASA OBRAS IBIZA was born, a general contracting company offering a turnkey, professional, and reassuring solution for all property projects on the island.
Tony
Back in France, he founded MaMaison in 2016, specializing in project management and tailored support.
His move to Ibiza and his meeting with Pierre gave rise to CASA OBRAS IBIZA, continuing the same philosophy: combining expertise, aesthetics and trust in the delivery of unique projects.
Stéphanie
Having lived for several years in New Caledonia, she collaborated with her husband on construction and fit-out projects, an experience that enriched her approach to the profession.
In 2024 she settled in Ibiza, an island she has loved for more than twenty years, and joined CASA OBRAS IBIZA, where she continues to pursue her passion in an inspiring, sun-drenched setting.
Giuliana
Her experience in project management, team coordination and personalised client service has allowed her to build a reputation founded on trust, efficiency and excellence. Her approach is centred on understanding each client’s specific needs and transforming every project into a smooth, transparent and high-quality experience.
As part of Casa Obras, Giuliana brings professionalism, dedication and a well-established network of contacts in Ibiza. She supports each client throughout the entire process, from the initial concept through to the final delivery of the project.
Sandrine
Following an initial entrepreneurial venture alongside her husband, Pierre, with the launch of a modular construction company, she established and managed the company’s entire administrative operations. Five years ago, she then took over the management of an independent travel agency specialising exclusively in tailor-made journeys, a sector she is particularly passionate about due to her strong interest in discovering new cultures.
Her precision, organisational skills and extensive professional experience are key assets in ensuring the efficient administrative management and smooth operation of Casa Obras.
