2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED
By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the forms (contact, requests), the USER acknowledges that this information is necessary for the provider to process their request. Other fields are optional.
The USER guarantees the accuracy of the data provided to the Controller and undertakes to communicate any changes. The Controller informs that all data requested through the site are mandatory when they are necessary to provide an optimal service. Otherwise, it cannot be guaranteed that the information or service provided will fully meet your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with applicable law, CASA OBRAS IBIZA SL complies with the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD relating to the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and in particular the principles of Article 5 of the GDPR: lawfulness, fairness, transparency, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation and integrity/confidentiality.
